As a Customer Service Representative at Danfoss in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will be the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a professional, efficient, and positive service experience. What You’ll Be Doing

Managing daily contact with external and internal customers via phone, internal queue systems, and ticketing tools

Supporting Customer Service activities in both local and international scope

Identifying customer needs and proposing effective solutions while maintaining high service standards

Ensuring accurate documentation and smooth information flow between customers and technical teams

Following Danfoss procedures and actively contributing to process improvements

Taking responsibility for the quality of your own work and supporting team knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center environment

Fluent Polish (written and spoken) – required, as this role involves daily communication with Polish-speaking customers

Basic knowledge of English (for internal communication and system usage)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude

Good organization skills and openness to change

Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and/or SAP is an advantage

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
