What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, providing timely information and assistance.
  • Deploy a proactive approach via email, phone, and customer portals to address inquiries.
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Plant Personnel to deliver results.
  • Utilize ERP/CRM/Pricing systems and internal information portals to advise and support customers.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Several years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mentality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skill set and ability to act as the voice of the customer (VOC).
