What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary contact for customers, providing timely information and assistance.
- Deploy a proactive approach via email, phone, and customer portals to address inquiries.
- Manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Plant Personnel to deliver results.
- Utilize ERP/CRM/Pricing systems and internal information portals to advise and support customers.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mentality.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Problem-solving skill set and ability to act as the voice of the customer (VOC).
