As our customer service representative, you’ll play a key role in overall business success by ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Providing outstanding, and consistent Customer Experience increases overall customer satisfaction and provide you with collaboration opportunities with different teams and opportunities to grow within.
You’ll collaborate with internal functions supporting the business and take ownership of[customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and resolve customer needs, continuously improving how order schedules and discrete orders are managed in line with established business rules, while communicating status updates in a timely and professional manner
- Take ownership of large and/or complex customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency, driving customer satisfaction and reducing cycle times through collaborative problem solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Build strong partnerships with customers, logistics, manufacturing, pricing, and other internal functions — fostering a culture of open collaboration to support seamless and ever-improving business operations
- Champion digitalization by empowering customers to place orders online and guiding them through their digital journey with Danfoss, embracing innovation as a driver of long-term growth
- Manage export-related business activities and tackle non-standard tasks and queries with a solutions-oriented mindset, viewing every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow
What We're Looking For
- Hold a higher education degree and/or equivalent relevant experience, backed by 2–3 years in order management and export operations — with a drive to continuously build on that foundation
- Communicate with confidence in English, both spoken and written, and collaborate effectively within a team environment to solve problems and deliver results together
- Bring a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships — always looking for ways to improve the customer experience
- Leverage working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce, with a willingness to deepen expertise and embrace new tools as the business evolves
- Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to drive accuracy and efficiency, consistently seeking smarter ways to work with data and deliver value
