As our Customer Service Specialist , you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, on-time solutions for customers with complex, high-volume project orders. You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring that every detail is aligned so our customers can operate with confidence.
Your impact? Projects ship on time, customer disruptions are prevented, and long-term relationships are strengthened. Customers, sales teams, and internal partners rely on your ownership and attention to detail to keep critical orders moving forward.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, and Technical teams, taking ownership of project-based orders and helping us deliver a consistently strong customer experience.
Salary range: $50,000-$60,000
What You’ll Be Doing

Own and manage complex customer project orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time shipment

Serve as the primary customer contact for order status, changes, RMAs, credits, and issue resolution

Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Technical teams to meet project deadlines and customer expectations

Use ERP systems to track orders, expedite shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity

Proactively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to prevent delays, resolve issues early, and support key performance metrics
What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, order management, or project coordination within a fast-paced business environment

Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred; other large ERP systems acceptable)

Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
