As our Customer Success Engineer – District Heating Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the green energy transition in the district heating sector by configuring, delivering and supporting our Leanheat® Software Suite & Services.
Your impact? You’ll ensure our customers and system integrators can operate highly efficient, reliable, and sustainable district heating networks. Through your expertise, installations will run smoothly, systems will be optimized, and end users will benefit from improved energy efficiency and operational performance — helping utilities meet their sustainability goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with our digital solution development team, customers, and system integrators, taking ownership of installations, configurations, and ongoing support for Leanheat® solutions. Your work will help us move toward a more sustainable and efficient future in energy management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead installation projects for Leanheat® Software, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer needs and delivered with high quality.
- Collaborate with new and existing customers to clarify requirements, handle data and design solutions that meet operational goals.
- Support customers and system integrators by providing 1st and 2nd level technical assistance.
- Use your district heating expertise and data handling skills to ensure customer data is accurate, reliable, and of high quality.
- Continuously share knowledge to enhance how we deliver Leanheat® systems tailored to real operational needs.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with district heating systems, supported by 3+ years of relevant work in a district heating company, energy consultancy, or a similar organization focused on district heating topics.
- Educational background in energy or mechanical engineering or another relevant field with a focus on IT processes and tools.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and its application in district heating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work as a collaborative team player — maintaining attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with scripting languages such as R and Python.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
