As our DC Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run with full control, accuracy, and reliability. Your leadership will directly impact product quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily warehouse operations and teams to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows.
• Maintain full visibility and control of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, locations, and movements at all times.
• Ensure products meet quality and optimal storage conditions, from inbound receipt to outbound delivery.
• Control and validate all inbound and outbound transactions, guaranteeing stock accuracy and traceability.
• Drive productivity, Lean initiatives, KPIs, and system audits to consistently meet operational and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations with responsibility for inventory control and people leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail when managing stock and documentation.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve processes.
• Experience executing inventory counts and annual physical inventories.
