What You’ll Be Doing
1、重点负责丹佛斯变频器产品的船舶海工应用现场安装、调试、试航、维护及故障诊断工作;
2、提供客户现场技术支持，解决设备运行中的售后技术问题；
3、分析设备故障原因，撰写现场服务报告并提出改进建议；
4、协助客户进行设备操作培训及日常维护指导；
5、配合销售团队完成技术方案沟通与售后问题处理；
6、及时高效处理客户现场服务问题，提升客户服务体验；
7、其它行业的现场服务工作安排。
What We're Looking For
1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业；
2、要求2年及以上变频器、伺服驱动器，PLC，HMI等工业自动化设备现场调试/服务经验，具备船舶海工行业从业经验者优先；
3、精通变频器硬件工作原理及常见故障排查方法；
4、能独立完成电气图纸分析，熟练使用万用表、示波器等检测工具；
5、具备Profibus/Profinet/Ethernet等现场总线调试经验者优先。
