The Impact You'll Make
A DPD Fulfillment Associate significantly strengthens Danfoss’ supply chain by ensuring high product availability, accurate inventory management, and reliable delivery performance. By driving logistics best practices and supporting KPIs, ROP processes, master data accuracy, and root‑cause analysis, the role directly improves service levels, customer satisfaction, and inventory optimization. Their contributions help streamline operations across business units and regions, creating a more efficient, responsive, and globally aligned supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring we stay within our stock budgets and have an excellent control of openorders, free stock and slow moving/aging stock.
- Monitoring of product availability Ø Working with Factories at different organisationallevels to ensure optimal availability
- Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
- Identifying process bottlenecks and developing and implementing strategies toimprove efficiency.
- Providing Analyses for all relevant stakeholders
- Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the function
- Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions
- Analysing, developing and implementing “Best Practice” processes within the team ØAvailability monitoring and inventory control Ø Supply chain optimisation with allrelevant stakeholders Ø Lead and participate in projects to continuously improvemain KPIs
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and tools like Excel, Power BI, orTableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
