As a Demand Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that customer demand is accurately reflected in our production and supplier plans.
Your work keeps inventory levels healthy, supports reliable delivery performance, and helps the entire supply chain operate smoothly.
By providing high‑quality forecasts and aligning them with business expectations, you enable better decision‑making, stronger customer satisfaction, and a more stable, efficient global supply chain.
In this role, you will work from our office in Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia and report to Senior Manager, Supply Chain.
We are offering time-limited contract until 31.12.2027
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain accurate demand forecasts and translate them into production and supplier requirements.
- Lead core demand planning processes and ensure reliable inputs into SAP MRP and LTP.
- Monitor schedules, adjust plans, and communicate changes clearly across teams.
- Use RCPS and analytical methods to solve issues and improve forecast accuracy.
- Present insights and recommendations in a clear and structured way.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with SAP (SAP/3, SAP BI, SAP SNC) and strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, production planning, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and customer orientation.
- Clear communication, good presentation skills, and proactive teamwork.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
