The role enhances organizational efficiency by designing and developing user‑focused applications, while also driving stronger adoption through clear communication of product features, value, and benefits. Recommend the technical and application feasibility of Danfoss products based on customer needs.Partner with Sales on customer engagement and training programs to build product awareness and value.Coordinate with global teams to resolve product challenges and address customer requirements effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Prepare Application check list and get it from Sales or partner with dully filled prior to Site visit for Application study
  • Visit at site with sales or partner for application study and suggest appropriate Danfoss solution.
  • Focus on New Application Developments & Trials at End Customer or OEM places.
  • Having Sound Experience on various segment application i.e. HVAC, F&B, Textiles, Metals, Cement & Having Sound 
  • Experience on various types of Applications.
  • Hands on experience of various protocols i.e. Serial Bus and Ethernet Based Protocols.
  • Experience on developing the Application layer in VFD & PLC using different languages.
  • Knowledge Sharing Sessions with Strategic OEM, End Customers on product key USP, Values Prop & knowledge sharing on Drives various aspects. Sound Product knowledge & presentation skill required.
  • Support to Field engineer, Channel Technical Team on commissioning of Danfoss product on various Applications
  • Prepare and Maintain application guide & Case Stories for New Develop application
  • Keep and maintain Application Tracker Report of each application visit details and solid track on status & Updates.
  • Competency Building of team on various applications, Products, New Features & VFD related aspects.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Handson experience in application development, including hands-on experience with VFDs, PLCs programming languages, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Atleast 6 to 10 years of experinence in application engineering
  • Qualified BE in Electrical/Electronics background
  • Proven ability to conduct application studies, recommend reliable solutions, and technical support on various commissioning or trials across diverse industry segments.
  • Solid product knowledge and presentation skills to effectively share key features, values, and benefits with customers, OEMs, and internal teams
  • Role involves 60–70% travel.
