As our Deputy Manager Sales, Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market reach, and building strong strategic customer relationships across the region.
Your impact? You will help customers adopt innovative and energy-efficient solutions while strengthening Danfoss’ market presence and accelerating sustainable business growth.
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and application teams while managing customer accounts, sales opportunities, forecasting, and business development activities — helping us create a more sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop Plan for Targeted accounts and prioritize growth initiatives and strategically position
- Manage the business via Distributors effectively. Plan, align and achieve annual revenue via distributors & OEM effectively.
- Grow Danfoss portfolio at existing accounts direct or via distributors in line with plan aligned for the year.
- Keep track of competitors' activity with each account and report the account status monthly.
- Negotiating annual contracts and annual incentives contracts with distributors & OEM.
- Maintain strong opportunity pipeline & review it monthly with concerned stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and minimum 4 plus years of experience in Sales / Strategy.
- Strong understanding of Refrigeration & Air conditioning systems.
- Knowledge of system components like compressors, heat exchanger and line components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
- In-depth understanding of key company clients and their position in the industry.
