As our Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and improvement of mechanical components and technical solutions that contribute to reliable and efficient products.
Your impact? Through your support in design, testing, and manufacturing-related activities, you will help ensure that products are robust, production-ready, and continuously improved to meet customer and business needs.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams while taking ownership of selected design and documentation tasks, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the design and development of mechanical products such as Pressure and Temperature Switches
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize products for production efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness
- Participate in product testing, validation activities, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide daily support related to technical service activities and complaints
What We're Looking For
- Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Basic experience or strong interest in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with technical drawings and CAD tools
- Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills and communicative English; proficiency in Polish is highly valued
