What You’ll Be Doing

Excute New product development (NPD) design work activities under project leadshipment from Program manager, including but not limited to:

• Research, design, evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
• Prepare designs, specifications, analysis and recommendations for development of new enclosed drive products.
• Support launching new product at Plant level, by co-operating with plant operation team, define guidance for quality and procedure set-up.
• Lead prodcut analysis for failure, product improvement actions and tests.
• Regular daily engineering support to plant operation, marketing, sales, production management and all other related department.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.
• 3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.
• Experience of new product development as key Engineer role.
• Basic knowledge for design tools - VOC, FMEA, 6 SIGMA, DFM&DFA, etc.
• Basic Knowledge of PMP and APQP process.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools - Control plan, MSA, PPAP.
• Proficiency in 3D-CAD system, prefered Siemens NX.
• Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment.
• Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.
• Global mindset and outstanding communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset and punctual delivery for customer requirement
