The Impact You'll Make

This is your chance to turn bold people strategies into scalable solutions that drive growth and performance. If you are passionate about building an organization where talent thrives, this role offers an opportunity to make a tangible and lasting impact.

As our new Talent Management Lead, you’ll join the Global Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE) and collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues to shape initiatives that directly influence business success.

You will be a key architect of our global talent and leadership strategy, designing how we develop our people and leaders to ensure Danfoss continues to grow and evolve. In this role, you’ll champion best practices, apply insights from world-class organizations, and drive our global talent agenda forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your focus will be to co-create and implement integrated talent solutions that empower employees and enable leaders to perform at their best. You will:

  • Design and deliver global initiatives in talent and succession planning, people engagement, performance management, and leadership development that strengthen our pipeline for the future.
  • Partner strategically with HR and senior business leaders to ensure our solutions are aligned with organizational needs and business priorities.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of new programs — from needs analysis and solution design to change management and successful implementation.
  • Bring an external perspective, continuously benchmarking against leading practices across industries to keep our talent strategy innovative and competitive.

What We're Looking For

We’re eager to connect with a seasoned talent management professional who brings:

  • Proven experience leading the design and implementation of global talent management and leadership development initiatives in large, complex organizations.
  • Extensive background in project management, organizational development, and change management in an international context.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence senior executives.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.

We offer a hybrid role based in either Copenhagen, Nordborg, or Hamburg.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
