What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • You will drive key projects that shape a inclusive and growth-oriented culture, removing barriers so that all our colleagues feel they belong and can grow.
  • You will design and facilitate high-impact workshops for leadership teams, helping them to embed a Growth Mindset and inclusive behaviors into their daily work.
  • You will create practical tools and resources that empower teams across all regions and functions to adopt inclusive practices and a mindset of continuous learning.
  • You will partner with HR and business leaders to embed inclusion and fairness into our core people processes, from performance management to talent development.
  • You will be part of creating inspiring communication campaigns, sharing success stories and building a global movement around the power of an inclusive and growth-oriented workplace.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Proven experience in a senior role focused on workplace culture, organizational development, and inclusion.
  • A track record of successfully designing and implementing culture change initiatives in a large, global organization.
  • Expertise in creating and facilitating engaging workshops and development programs for senior leaders.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, from leadership to team members.
  • Deep understanding of Growth Mindset principles, inclusive leadership, and how to embed them within HR processes and systems.
