This role sits at the intersection of market, product strategy, and global sales execution for the Food Retail & Commercial Refrigeration segment, covering Commercial Compressors & Electronics.
You will be responsible for translating market dynamics into clear strategic directions: defining what we offer, how we position it, and where we prioritize growth.
The position has global scope and regular exposure to senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing. It also includes leadership of a team of Segment Marketing Managers, with responsibility for ensuring alignment and execution of the segment strategy over time.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating in a complex, international environment, where clarity, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment directly influence business results.
We are open to candidates based across Europe. Location and working setup (remote or relocation) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the profile and business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead global market understanding for the Food Retail & Refrigeration segment, translating market intelligence and competitive insights into actionable growth opportunities
- Define and drive regional segment strategies, including positioning, value proposition, and pricing in close alignment with Sales and Product Lines
- Enable commercial growth by supporting Sales teams (KAMs and Sales Drivers) in pipeline development and new business opportunities
- Influence product and portfolio decisions, ensuring strong alignment between market needs, profitability goals, and product evolution
- Drive input and definition of New Product Development (NPD), including structured product requirements and future portfolio shaping for CC
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or HVAC Engineering, with solid understanding of HVAC/R systems and applications
- Strong analytical and business mindset, able to translate technical insights into commercial decisions (pricing, positioning, value proposition)
- Proven experience in complex, cross-functional and international environments, with strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in global matrix organizations, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Excellent English proficiency; experience in HVAC/R or refrigeration industries (commercial or industrial), exposure to B2B technical marketing roles, familiarity with OEM ecosystems and distribution channels (IDS / sales networks), and additional languages are considered an advantage
