The Impact You'll Make

 
As our Electrical Engineer (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in bringing complex power module developments to life and enabling innovative, reliable solutions for our customers.
Your impact? You will help develop and validate high-performance, robust power modules that deliver precise electrical and thermal performance data and are used in demanding applications.
You’ll collaborate with development teams as well as internal and external stakeholders and take ownership of development, testing, and validation processes, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Develop power modules: Design complex power modules in line with internal and customer-specific requirements and create detailed specifications
  • Plan and validate testing: Define, plan, and commission product-relevant qualification tests and perform measurements and simulations to determine electrical and thermal performance
  • Develop measurement methods and data: Create and validate measurement setups and processes, and generate datasheets based on measurement and simulation results
  • Collaborate across projects: Work as a core team member in development projects and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including handling supplier PPAPs
  • Drive quality and improvements: Conduct design reviews, create and maintain design FMEAs, support root cause analysis, and deliver technical training

What We're Looking For

 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics with experience in power electronics or power module development and proven ability to deliver complex development projects
  • Hands-on experience with measurement, testing, and simulation methods, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • A mindset focused on problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement
