What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the development of RF related hardware for industrial remote control products, independently completing the design of hardware schematic diagrams, PCB Layout RF layout design and optimization.
- Be responsible for the selection, adaptation debugging and performance testing of RF modules.
- Be responsible for the antenna scheme design, antenna selection, matching and debugging, as well as performance testing of the product. Based on the product structure, shell material and installation position, carry out antenna adaptation and optimization, and complete the debugging and optimization of indicators such as antenna impedance matching, radiation performance and communication distance.
- Be familiar with the mainstream radio frequency bands in industry, including 433 MHZ, 868MHz, 2.4GHz, etc.
- Cooperate with the structural and software teams to carry out the overall machine integration debugging and performance testing.
- Be responsible for following up on domestic and international RF related certifications such as CE, FCC, and SRRC for the products, completing hardware rectification and parameter optimization, and ensuring that the products fully comply with domestic and international wireless RF regulations and standards.
- Be responsible for formulating core indicators of RF performance during the R&D process and solving various RF problems in the R&D, trial production and mass production stages.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic information, communication engineering, RF microwave, microelectronics or related fields.
- More than 5 years of R&D experience in RF hardware. Familiarity with industrial wireless control product development is preferred.
- Proficient in using hardware design software such as Altium Designer and Cadence, capable of independently completing schematic design, PCB RF layout, impedance matching and wiring optimization, familiar with RF PCB design specifications and key points of EMC design.
- Proficient in using test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal sources, and oscilloscopes, capable of independently completing RF index testing, problem location, performance optimization, and rectification.
- Possess excellent cross-team collaboration skills and be able to efficiently cooperate with the structural and software teams to complete the overall machine debugging and performance optimization.
- Be familiar with the testing standards and items of SRRC, CE and FCC radio frequency certification.
