The Impact You'll Make

As a Electronics Engineer within theTurbocor China Engineering team is working towards catering to the regional product requirements. The successful candidate will participate in design and development activities for compressor electronics system for the new and exciting platforms based on industry leading design concepts and technologies. In addition, this role will supporting and enhancing our existing product porfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

1.Understand electronics circuit schematics and PCB designs
2.Contribute toward design and development of electronic circuit through
   -Component selection
   - Circuit simulation
   - Schematic design
   - PCB layout and design
   - Preparing manufacturing documents
   - Interacting with electronic board and subassembly vendors to ensure delivery guidelines are met
   - Testing of Electronic subassemblies
   - Making and testing wire harnesses
   - Debugging Electronic circuits
   - Functional/Reliability verification and validation
   - Product certification support (e.g. IEC, UL, CSA, CE, FCC, etc…)
   - Production Test Specifications
   - Failure mode root cause analysis and corrective actions
3. Work with a team of engineers and technicians to achieve technical objectives
4.Testing electronics subassemblies by
  - Setting up test fixtures as per the test requirements
   - Running and monitoring tests
   - Collecting and parsing test data
   - Data analysis to detect and predict failure modes
5.Work collaboratively within the team and with other teams at Danfoss Turbocor
6. Participate in new product research and development projects as requested
7.May include responsibility to travel to visit suppliers, manufacturing facilities and customer sites when necessary.

What We're Looking For

1.Master degree or above in power electronics or a related major with related experience in power circuit/power component design.
2.Basic understanding of
   -Electronic components like Op-amps, filters, capacitors, resistors, inductors and transformers
   -Power converters topologies (DC/DC, AC/DC, DC/AC etc)
   -Temperature sensors, relays, stepper motors for industrial applications
   -Electronics design process (example: simulation, circuit design, PCB layout etc)
   -Analog to digital conversion, Digital to analog conversion, Control systems, Frequency domain analysis, Digital signal processing
   -Working Knowledge and experience in traditional and modern power electronic technologies including (not limited to): 
      *Inverter technology for motor variable speed drive (IGBT, MOSFET, rectifiers and gate driver PWM technologies)
      *Passive power components, e.g. inductors, capacitors, resistors and transformers.
3.Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools, Matlab and electronic circuit simulation tools
4.Ability to work with oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering iron and microscopesExperience with motor drive and power converters (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC) control technologies 
5.Familiar with electrical design related natinal and internatinal standards.
6.Good teamplayer
7.Strong self-drive and management ability
8.Good English communication skill
