What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models embedded in variable speed drives
- Research, evaluate, and mature AI/ML technologies from concept to product readiness
- Optimize algorithms and neural networks for resource‑constrained embedded systems
- Validate solutions through real‑world testing, including customer site evaluations
- Collaborate with customers, academic researchers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impact

What We're Looking For
Education
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Core Skills & Experience
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience designing AI/ML algorithms for embedded and resource‑constrained systems
- Solid expertise in digital signal processing and feature extraction
- Proven end‑to‑end data science experience, including model training and neural networks
- Hands‑on experience with microcontrollers, sensor data, and Edge AI environments
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of electric motor drives, variable speed drives, or power electronics
