As our Engineer, Network Operations Center, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Danfoss’ global network infrastructure. Your work enables reliable connectivity for colleagues across regions and supports business operations around the clock.

You will collaborate closely with global IT teams and take ownership of network monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement activities, helping us move toward a more secure, resilient, and efficient digital future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor global network performance and availability, proactively identifying issues and taking end-to-end ownership to resolve them before they impact business operations.

• Respond to network-related incidents by performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and timely resolution to minimize downtime.

• Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless solutions, ensuring stable and secure operations.

• Perform routine network maintenance activities such as firmware updates, configuration changes, and hardware replacements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support network integration, share knowledge, and continuously improve network services.

What We're Looking For

• • Experience in network operations or engineering, with the ability to support enterprise-scale network environments.

  • Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, and wireless networking, with hands-on experience in Aruba networking technologies.

  • Experience working with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance reporting tools.

  • Advanced English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment, including written and spoken interactions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment, with a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
