As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high quality standards and strengthening customer satisfaction.
You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, leading quality improvement initiatives and driving a fact-based approach to problem solving. Your work will directly impact how we respond to customer needs, resolve issues, and continuously improve our products and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Own customer complaints end‑to‑end, leading 8D processes and ensuring timely, high‑quality responses
- Proactively coordinate cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and drive effective corrective and preventive actions
- Drive QRQC activities and containment actions, minimizing customer impact and ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, turning customer feedback into product and process improvements
- Coordinate customer PPAP activities, quality systems (IQOS, Salesforce) and prepare clear quality reporting for management
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a people‑oriented quality professional who combines technical know‑how with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Ideally, you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field preferred)
- Experience in a customer or product quality role (automotive experience is a plus, but not a must)
- Hands‑on experience with 8D methodology, root cause analysis, and quality core tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive attitude – you don’t wait for problems to escalate, you take initiative and drive solutions
- The ability to build effective cross‑functional cooperation
- Fluency in English and Polish
