The Impact You'll Make
As an MT Engineer, you will play a key role in creating a stable, efficient, and competitive production environment. You will develop and optimize machines and processes to ensure high quality, reliability, and performance that meet customer expectations.
Through technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives, you will strengthen our production foundation and directly contribute to improved safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver technical and production-related projects (e.g., process improvements, change control, productivity/OEE initiatives)
- Drive process and machine optimization with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
- Plan and manage equipment investment (CAPEX) projects from concept to implementation
- Improve performance in safety, quality, productivity, and cost using continuous improvement methodologies
- Provide technical support to production and collaborate closely with suppliers
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar)
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environmentKnowledge of process optimization and problem‑solving methods
- Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, CPK)
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Polish and English
