As an MT Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting daily production operations and strengthening the stability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Your impact? Through technical support, process improvements, and close collaboration with production teams, you will help ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality production while contributing to productivity and cost improvements.
You’ll collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, taking ownership of technical problem-solving and continuous improvement activities that help us build a more efficient and competitive production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:
- Support production teams in solving daily technical and process-related challenges
- Drive machine and process optimization initiatives with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Lead and support production-related projects, including process improvements, change control, and productivity/OEE initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve production performance and process stability
- Plan and support equipment investments (CAPEX) and implementation activities
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of process optimization and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, or CPK
- Very good communication skills and proficiency in Polish and English
