As our Engineer-Data Science Technologies , you’ll play a key role in designing and developing digital solutions that leverage AI and data science to meet application-specific and future technology requirements within the Innovation & Development organization.

Your impact? You will enable the development and deployment of scalable, data-driven solutions that support engineering and business needs, helping teams make informed decisions and drive innovation in digital technologies.

You’ll collaborate with the Data Science Technologies team, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, and take ownership of solution architecture design and deployment, helping us move toward a more innovative and data-driven future

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead development of data architectures and integration solutions from factory assets to cloud, enabling intelligent digital solutions.
• Support business intelligence and AI-driven initiatives to improve productivity and deliver tangible solutions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product teams, and engineering functions to design and implement end-to-end solution architectures.
• Use your skills in AI, data science, and system integration to build digital solutions, including development of AI agents aligned to business needs.
• Continuously learn and contribute to capability building by creating use cases, success stories, and supporting quality checks before deployment.
• Have good understanding of ‘Agentic AI’ systems & willingness to develop ‘AI Agents’ in-line with application/ business specific requirements.
• Lead technical discussions working with product teams as well as contributing to rigorous quality check of software solutions before deployment.

What We're Looking For

• Any graduate with 2-4 years of experience or Master’s degree with exposure to data science, AI/ML, analytics, or related fields through projects, internships, or entry-level roles.

• Experience in data science, AI/ML solution development, or analytics with a strong ability to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.

• Must have experience in Python and programming for developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, along with exposure to OCR and object detection tools (e.g., YOLO).

• Hands-on experience in data analysis, Power BI dashboards, and working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams with strong communication skills in written and spoken English, along with a strong learning and problem-solving mindset

• High learning agility is greatly appreciated- candidates who have gone the extra mile to learn new tools or skills through courses, certifications, side projects, or hands-on experimentation in AI/ ML domain is preferred.

• Good to have knowledge about Computer Vision algorithms

• Foundational knowledge of SQL and exposure to Python or another programming language through coursework, certifications, or self-driven learning.
