The Impact You'll Make

Step onto our production floor and see the immediate impact of your work. In this role, you will be the critical link between our system data and the reality of our manufacturing processes, ensuring our operations are built on a foundation of accuracy and efficiency.

Your hands-on analysis will directly improve productivity and empower our teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will help us find hidden opportunities for improvement, making our processes more stable and our high-quality hydraulic solutions even better.

This is your chance to learn from the ground up in a collaborative, improvement-focused environment. You will work alongside experienced operators and engineers, ask questions, and take ownership of projects that make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Improve productivity by conducting time studies and ensuring our labor standards reflect the real work being done on the shop floor.
  • Partner directly with operators and engineers to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance our data integrity by making sure production documentation, including routings and Bills of Material (BOMs), is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Contribute to our problem-solving culture by supporting root cause analysis and helping to document effective corrective actions.
  • Turn your observations into action by analyzing and presenting clear data that drives our continuous improvement initiatives forward.

What We're Looking For
