You will be a key contributor to projects that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll help analyze processes, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that have a real impact on the business.
This isn’t just about observing—it’s about doing. You will be hands-on in the field, collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving problems, and helping us build smarter, more efficient systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support engineering projects by collecting data, performing analysis, and providing actionable insights
- Participate in troubleshooting equipment, systems, and operational challenges
- Help develop and update engineering documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and other departments to implement solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, to help enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to engineering tools/software (CAD, MATLAB, etc.) is a plus
