What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise tooling and equipment development, ensuring availability and compliance with standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, assembly equipment, tooling, and fixtures, implementing error-proofing systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards like IATF 16949, API, ISO, and FDA/NSF, and maintain documentation for PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
- Lead training and development for engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Support new product development, coordinating tooling or process design and executing engineering changes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in extrusion or continuous manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in automation processes, PLC programming, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative style, with experience in supplier negotiation.
- Fluent in English, with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
