As an Engineering Supervisor at Danfoss, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our production efficiency through your expertise in CNC programming and machine improvements. In this role, you will provide essential technical guidance to manufacturing engineers and lead internal projects that foster collaboration across functions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage internal projects and provide technical guidance to manufacturing engineers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Support Continuous Improvement Activities such as Kaizen and cost reduction initiatives, demonstrating measurable improvements year over year.
- Train and evaluate team members, documenting skills and knowledge to foster their development.
- Prepare timely reports on project progress and improvement efforts for upper management.
- Ensure all CNC programs are updated and optimized through a structured revision schedule to maintain operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Relevant Experience as manufacturing engineering Supervisor within the same industry.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and automation processes; knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, grinding, treatments, coatings, welding); familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction; leadership abilities to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Proficient in English.
