The Impact You'll Make
As an Operator in our Nordborg facility, you will help manufacture the hydraulic motors and steering units, where precision, quality, and safety are essential. Your work directly supports the reliable delivery of high-quality components used by customers around the world.
In this role, you will use your CNC expertise end to end – from programming and setup to stable, efficient production. You will have ownership of your work and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Program and operate CNC machines to deliver accurate and consistent production
- Set up, adjust, and prepare machines for optimal performance
- Monitor production and address deviations to maintain quality
- Perform measurement and quality checks on produced parts
- Support minor maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure uptime
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with CNC milling, turning, or grinding and CNC programming
- Background in a production environment, preferably within metal manufacturing
- Great technical understanding and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility in shift work
- Working proficiency in Danish for daily communication
