As our Product Management Expert (F/H), you’ll play a key role in managing and growing the Power Stacks product portfolio across its entire life cycle. Your work will directly support market success by ensuring competitive products, clear positioning and strong alignment between customer needs, technology and commercial strategy.

You’ll collaborate with sales, production, R&D and compliance teams and take ownership of product life cycle management, helping us move toward a more market driven and efficient product organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full product life cycle for assigned Power Stacks products, including support of international customer projects
- Coordinate product compliance, export regulations and phase in and phase out scenarios together with sales and production
- Drive cost and performance optimization and develop commercial and pricing strategies
- Prepare product documentation and support sales and marketing with product knowledge and technical expertise
- Collect market and customer feedback, manage product prioritization with sales, train sales teams and coordinate business cases for new products
What We're Looking For
- University degree in engineering or a comparable technical or business related field
- Proven experience in a technical product management role, ideally with an electronics or power electronics focus
- Experience working in global and matrix organizations with a strong stakeholder management capability
- Business fluent English skills and French at minimum B2 level
- Willingness to travel up to 10 to 25 percent
