The Impact You'll Make
As our Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in providing excenllent Danfoss Turbocor Oil free compressor and Bock piston compressor after sales service to support business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support sales for after sales techinical support to indicated customers;
- Provide professional technical support to customers including service training, trouble shooting, maintenance etc. throughout the entire life cycle of Danfoss products;
- Quick response for customer's after sales technical issue with online and site support;
- Collection and report on product quality, market application etc. information to support product improvement;
- Keep update Danfoss compressor aftersales service knowhow and troubleshooting database;
- Build and maintain customer relationships,understand cutomers needs and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Manage service partners and lead the team to achieve continuous service business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in HVAC field, Centrifugal and Pistion compressor sevice experience;
- Bachelor or above;
- Growth Mindset;
- Fluent spoken/written English skill;
- Good communication skill.
