The Impact You'll Make

As our Finance Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Credit Management team to recover overdue accounts receivable and reduce bad debt—helping ensure healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.

Your impact? You’ll contribute to timely collections, accurate account reconciliation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. By assisting in credit management processes, audits, and reporting, you’ll help safeguard Danfoss’s financial health while gaining valuable experience in finance, customer service, and compliance.

You’ll work closely with senior analysts, account managers, and credit managers in a collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support collection activities by sending balance statements, reconciling accounts, and uploading invoices to customer portals.
  • Prepare overdue and bad debt reports, and track special topics with senior analysts.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and coordinating with Customer Service and account managers.
  • Perform SOX controls, provide documentation for audits, and manage proof of delivery for collections.
  • Update SAP and BI reports to maintain accurate customer and portfolio data.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or credit management is desirable, but not required.
  • Skills in SAP, account receivables, negotiation, analysis, and customer service are an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Business Units, and Finance.
