As an intern, you will enter an environment that fosters your development from day one, giving you real-world responsibilities while prioritizing your academic balance and personal growth.
Your impact? By actively managing subledgers and coordinating critical financial data, you ensure our regional operations run smoothly and our vendor relationships remain strong.
You’ll collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and our Outsource Partners and take ownership of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Lead the monitoring of GR/IR accounts and manage accounts payable subledgers to actively resolve open unresolved debit balances for the Latin America Region.
-
Support internal and external stakeholders by coordinating with Procurement, Finance, and external partners to resolve pending invoices, vendor reminders, and system documents.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and approvers to follow up on aged, unapproved, or rejected invoices, ensuring timely execution and preventing escalations.
-
Use your skills in financial analysis and system management to handle generic mailboxes, support booking-related queries, and validate monthly performance metrics.
-
Continuously learn and share knowledge about the P2P cycle to enhance how we operate and serve our regional network.
