You’ll collaborate closely with the Cost Accounting team, the broader Finance department, and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of vital financial documentation and audit preparations,
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the daily update of key financial reports in Excel and Power BI, including P&L, PPV, Headcount, and Consumption Variance, to ensure complete data integrity.

Support the month-end closing processes by analyzing discrepancies in sales, COGS, and PPVs, as well as assisting in the preparation and posting of Journal Entries in the Service Hub.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, prepare purchase reports, and run templates for Goods in Transit and Revenue Recognition.

Use your skills in data organization and analysis to drive an efficient internal and external audit process by meticulously preparing support documentation for purchases, cost of sales, and sales.

Continuously learn and share knowledge within our collaborative team to enhance how we analyze financial data and maintain a harmonious, results-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For

A foundational understanding of accounting principles, combined with a strong interest in or basic knowledge of Cost Accounting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis, alongside a willingness and eagerness to learn Power BI.

Ability to work well as an equal and integral part of a collaborative, inclusive team, while also confidently interacting with cross-functional departments.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to focus, multitask, and manage several priorities at once, even under pressure.

A proactive mindset centered on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally within the finance sector.
