As our Finance Student Worker, you’ll join Danfoss IXA, a team that leads innovation in exhaust gas emission monitoring for the maritime industry and sets new standards in environmental sustainability and performance optimization.
You’ll become a part of our small, collaborative finance team in Kolding. This is a hands-on role offering real exposure to daily finance operations in an international company. You will work from our office in Kolding, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your study schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing vendor invoices and managing accounts payable in SAP S/4HANA
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry across our ERP
- Managing customer dunning and following up on overdue accounts
- Reconciling vendor statements and customer accounts
- Preparing finance reports for internal stakeholders
- Supporting month-end activities and reporting
- Contributing to ad-hoc tasks as they arise
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration. Ideally you have at least two years before your graduation.
Beyond your studies, we imaging you bring:
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of accuracy
- An ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- Comfort with or curiosity about ERP systems. Prior SAP experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
