The Impact You'll Make

Using your exceptional analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and commitment to delight our customers you will be a crucial element to the Regional Fulfillment Department as the new Regional Fulfillment Analyst. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with factories across organizational levels to ensure optimal product availability, continuously seeking new ways to improve delivery performance through proactive analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Continuously refine inventory levels by balancing delivery service improvements with inventory efficiency, while actively reducing slow-moving finished goods — embracing data-driven learning to achieve smarter outcomes over time
  • Secure seamless material flow to reduce lead times, always looking for opportunities to challenge existing processes and deliver faster, more reliable results for customers
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Transportation, fostering open feedback and shared learning to drive alignment and collective improvement across the organization
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required by management, approaching new challenges with curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to personal and professional development

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in logistics/supply chain within a manufacturing environment, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and general business operations — and a drive to continuously expand that knowledge
  • Exceptional MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong SAP skills as a plus — always eager to learn and leverage new tools to enhance efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS), embracing challenges as opportunities to dig deeper and develop innovative solutions
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and confidently propose solutions to higher management — viewing feedback as a pathway to growth
  • B.S. degree in Business/Logistics or equivalent work experience in a Logistics function, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
