What You’ll Be Doing

Saisir et suivre les commandes clients jusqu’à leur livraison, en appliquant les processus standards.

Contrôler les commandes en cours et relancer les acteurs concernés pour éviter retards et anomalies.

Répondre aux demandes clients (délais, suivi de livraison, documents, urgences…).

Gérer les retours, litiges de livraison et demandes de corrections de facturation.

Collaborer avec les forces de vente, les centres de distribution et les fournisseurs externes.
What We're Looking For

Première expérience en service client ou administration des ventes appréciée.

Aisance avec les outils informatiques (ERP, Excel, email).

Bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualités relationnelles et orientation client.

Anglais niveau B1 souhaité.
