Working close to our Application Development Center in Nordborg, you will connect research, product development, and customer needs. Your expertise in CO2 and low-GWP refrigeration systems will strengthen our global capabilities and support the green transition in cooling.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive the development and application of controls and refrigeration solutions, translating new technologies into practical, high-value systems for food retail and industrial applications.
  • Lead global CO2 training initiatives for our mobile training unit, including upgrading and delivering hands-on programs to colleagues and customers worldwide.
  • Support new product development (NPD) through application testing at our ADC’s, proof-of-concept trials, and close collaboration with R&D and product management.
  • Provide strategic technical support for complex sales opportunities and field challenges, ensuring reliable and high-performing solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between market needs and internal teams, sharing insights that strengthen innovation and accelerate time to market.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar) and 5+ years of experience within the HVACR industry, ideally in food & retail applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CO2, HFC, and HFO refrigerants and systems using positive displacement compressors (scroll, screw, rotary).
  • Solid knowledge of electronic controls for refrigeration systems, including system optimization and performance tuning.
  • Understanding of low-GWP regulations and sustainability trends impacting global refrigeration markets.
  • Confident communicator in English, able to collaborate across cultures and work effectively in a global matrix organization.
