The Impact You'll Make

As a Global Demand Planner, you will play a central role in shaping how we predict and respond to customer demand across our Electronic Controls & Services business. Your work will directly influence how we balance supply and demand, ensuring better planning and stronger business outcomes.
You will turn data into insights that guide decisions at a global level. By combining historical data, stakeholder input, and analytical/Statistical models, you help create a reliable view of future demand that the business can act on with confidence.
This is also a role where you can leave your mark. You will help evolve our demand planning approach by identifying smarter ways of working, including optimization opportunities and the use of new technologies such as AI.

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Analyze historical sales and order data to build accurate forecasts and improve demand visibility
•    Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models to ensure reliable and data-driven predictions
•    Lead demand planning meetings with stakeholders to align on inputs and create a shared, realistic plan
•    Own the monthly demand planning process to deliver high-quality forecasts and clear recommendations to business leadership
•    Track forecast performance and drive improvements to continuously enhance accuracy and decision-making

What We're Looking For

•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and apply statistical models
•    Confidence to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders using data-driven insights
•    Ability to facilitate structured discussions and collaborate across functions and regions
•    Self-driven approach with the courage to take ownership and make decisions
•    Educational background in supply chain, economics, business analytics, or similar
