The Impact You'll Make

 

As a Global Inventory Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring Danfoss Climate Solutions delivers the right products, at the right time, across our global network. Your work will help balance service levels, cash flow, and cost — directly supporting our customers and business growth. 

You will be part of a collaborative, international team working to implement scalable and standardized inventory practices. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our inventory strategy and performance, drive improvements, and ensure effective execution across multiple sites and regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Take ownership of the global inventory strategy, performance and target process, working across sites and regions
  • Manage inventory reporting and KPI analysis, including Stock Turns, DOI, DOC, and Excess & Obsolete
  • Identify gaps to target, recommend corrective actions, and balance service levels, cash, and cost
  • Standardize inventory control procedures and best practices across regions
  • Develop and improve reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for data driven decision making

What We're Looking For

 

  • Significant experience in inventory management role within a multisite, international organization
  • Proven ability to take ownership of direction and facilitate projects with crossfunctional teams in a matrix environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning and optimization methodologies, with solid financial acumen
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in SIOP/S&OP processes
