The Impact You'll Make
As our new Global Manufacturing Engineer, you will enable scalable, high-quality production of Data Center Liquid Cooling solutions by standardizing and industrializing manufacturing processes across our global factory and supplier network. You will drive operational excellence by aligning methods, tooling, quality controls, and performance systems to support rapid growth and consistent execution worldwide.
This role will report to Director, Global Operational Excellence-Data Centers and operate remotely in US or Mexico, with a preference working out of the Van Wert, OH or Reynosa, Mexico facility. Relocation and work authorization support cannot be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be responsible for developing and deploying standardized manufacturing processes that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all DCLC production sites.
- You will define and implement global manufacturing standards for processes, documentation, tooling, and performance metrics.
- You will lead industrialization of new products, including process definition, pilot builds, validation, and global handoff.
- You will support deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensuring consistent adoption across plants and suppliers.
- You will focus on driving process discipline, continuous improvement, and alignment across the global manufacturing network.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience implementing standardized manufacturing processes across multiple plants or regions
- Possess strong expertise in Lean manufacturing, process capability, and complex mechanical or thermal systems
- 5 years’ experience with complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid system manufacturing
- Possess strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to lead global initiatives across cultures and time zones
