The Impact You'll Make

As a Global Manufacturing Engineer for Danfoss Data Center Liquid Cooling (DCLC), you will be at the forefront of developing, industrializing, and optimizing global production processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing of DCLC products across multiple regions. By driving plant-level standardization of manufacturing processes, documentation, and performance systems, you will support scalability, repeatability, and rapid growth of advanced liquid-cooling solutions. Your leadership will ensure alignment of methods, tooling, quality controls, workflows, and operational KPIs across the global manufacturing network.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing processes across all DCLC production sites.
  • Lead industrialization efforts for new products, including process definition and tooling development.
  • Drive global Lean initiatives to harmonize best practices and eliminate process variation.
  • Collaborate with Quality engineering to develop globally consistent PFMEAs and control plans.
  • Partner with R&D and Operations to ensure new product designs support standardized manufacturing requirements.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Several years of manufacturing engineering experience in a multi-plant or global role.
  • Proven experience implementing standardized manufacturing processes across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles and process capability tools (DOE, SPC, PFMEA).
  • Experience with complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid system manufacturing.
