Following an internal move, we now have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join the Editron organisation, to be the primary HR partner for leaders within Editron, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business priorities. As a member of the divisional leadership team, you will report to a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and will lead a small team.
In this role you will be at the heart of our global transformation, shaping a more productive and energy-efficient future. As a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, you will spearhead strategic people initiatives that align with our business goals. You will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing the skills and capabilities our workforce needs to meet future challenges. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you help us build a more effective, engaged, and future-ready team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with the core objectives of the Editron division.
- Leading organizational development and effectiveness by designing and implementing impactful HR strategies.
- Guiding our talent management and development programs to ensure we attract, develop, and retain the people who will drive our success.
- Serving as a change agent, guiding teams through transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion to create an environment where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
What We're Looking For
- A background in Human Resources or a related field, with demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global and industrial setting.
- A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach to getting things done.
- Experience in guiding organizational development, transformation, and leading teams through periods of change.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with people from all backgrounds and cultures.
- A collaborative spirit and the confidence to engage in constructive dialogue, challenge the status quo, and drive alignment across teams.
