As an HR intern, you will play a vital role by providing operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department. You will participate in essential processes such as recruitment, personnel management, and initiatives that promote organizational culture, all while gaining valuable practical experience to help us advance toward a more innovative and inclusive future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support recruitment and selection activities by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide valuable assistance during the onboarding process for new employees.
- Update and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Contribute to various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Engage actively in training sessions, workplace culture initiatives, and internal events.
- Collaborate effectively on departmental projects such as internal communications and employee engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing studies in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Skilled in Excel and Power BI
- Motivated to build a career in Human Resources
- Available for part-time or full-time internship opportunities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- The role is fully on-site, with availability to commute to Parque Industrial Queretaro (PIQ).
