What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into people actions that strengthen performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
• Drive core people processes such as performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning to support a healthy and productive organization.
• Enable talent growth and retention through succession planning, learning priorities, and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and global HR teams.
• Ensure compliance and consistency by applying local labor laws and Danfoss policies across the UAE, KSA, and South Africa.
• Contribute to organizational change and expansion, including supporting legal entity setup and evolving people practices in the region.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in an HR business partner or people partner role, supporting multiple countries or stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and labor legislation across the Middle East and South Africa.
• Proven ability to advise and coach leaders with confidence, clarity, and sound judgment.
• Experience handling employee relations topics with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.
• Fluency in English, with clear communication skills across cultures and seniority levels.
