The Impact You'll Make
As our HR People Partner, you’ll play a key role as a tactical sparring partner to leaders/people managers and orchestrates HR across Global/Local teams to offer a smooth and top-of-class HR experience. The People Partner is a member of the global teams/local teams, acting as the single point of contact on people topics and securing the execution of the HR strategy in collaboration with the HRBPs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Management Support
- Act as advisor and sparring partner to functional/local/regional managers
- Resolve conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on human resources matters for individuals or groups or frontline managers within a defined organization or function
- Support employee relationship in location/region, incl. onboarding and performance matter
Development
- Coordinate and implement development initiatives relevant in location/region
- Facilitate Team building and development on request
Performance,Engagement & Retention
- Responsible for taking action and enabling people leaders being compliant to Danfoss People Management Processes and Standars to ensure high performance
- Prepare HR reports to provide analysis and insights on various data points for business review
Continuous Improvement and relationship management
- Create and maintain a strong network within the HR colleagues, ensure ONE HR towards employees and managers
Other tasks
- Flexible to take the tasks assigned by direct manager to support the business in agile way, e.g. undertake ad-hoc HR task
What We're Looking For
- More than 5 years of experience preferably in an industrial environment with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience on working in a country/regional matrixed or otherwise complex environment
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
- Experience in Organization development
- Experience in process implementation, change management, leading transformation processes and manage resistance
- Proven coaching, relationship building and cross functional influencing skills
- Open minded and flexible, proactive and strong sense of urgency
- Solution oriented
- Working proficiency in English
