Within France, the HR function operates in a dynamic and matrixed environment, supporting multiple entities and working closely with global stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class employee experience aligned with Danfoss’ global HR strategy.
As an HR People Partner (HRPP) within the French HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting two French sales entities while contributing to labor relations coordination across three companies.
This position is instrumental in ensuring the effective deployment of global HR processes at local level, supporting managers in their leadership role, and driving employee engagement and organizational performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, enabling sustainable people development and operational excellence.
Additionally, by supporting labor relations activities, you will contribute to maintaining constructive social dialogue and ensuring compliance with French labor regulations, which is essential to business continuity and employee relations stability.
This position is offered as a temporary replacement for a minimum duration of 6 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver HR Process Excellence
Provide guidance and support on global HR processes (Performance Management, People Review, Salary Review, etc.), ensuring effective and consistent implementation aligned with Danfoss standards.

Advise and Support Management
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and stakeholders on all HR-related topics, ensuring compliance with company policies and French labor law (including complex cases such as dismissals).

Support Transformation and Change
Contribute actively to organizational changes, restructuring initiatives, and transformation projects, ensuring smooth execution and employee engagement.

Drive HR Collaboration and Service Delivery
Coordinate with HR stakeholders (Business HR, Shared Services, Centers of Expertise) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services in a matrix organization.

Coordinate Labor Relations Activities
Support the Head of Labor Relations by organizing and coordinating meetings with employee representatives (CSE and unions), preparing documentation, and contributing to collective agreement negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR People Partner or equivalent role
- Solid experience in a matrix and international environment is a plus
- Fluent English & French (mandatory)
