The Impact You'll Make
As a People Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our salaried workforce by aligning people strategies with business needs and ensuring employees have the support, clarity, and development they need to succeed, ultimately strengthening organizational performance. This role requires full onsite presence. Time will be split between our corporate and manufacturing locations, with the expectation that the candidate will be at the Çerkezköy plant once per week and otherwise at our Ataşehir and Maslak offices on an agreed cadence.
You’ll collaborate closely with the local onsite HR team, the plant leadership team, and employees at all levels of the organization. You’ll also partner with a broader network of HR professionals across Global HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Services.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and implement HR strategies and local practices to shape culture, prepare the workforce for change, and align HR strategy with factory performance and operational needs.

Build organizational capability by managing recruitment, talent processes, coaching managers, supporting succession needs, and identifying learning and development priorities.

Ensure effective HR operations, including performance management, corrective actions, flexible working processes, and followthrough on employee satisfaction actions.

Support core HR planning and programs, including the whitecollar budget and the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and daily employee support, addressing both strategic and tactical topics while enhancing the employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in the related field.
- At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in a global, highly matrixed and industrial environment.
- Proactive, creative thinker with the ability to challenge and question the status quo.
- Experienced in leading transformations and managing change, with strong organizational development and design capabilities.
- Skilled communicator and coach with excellent interpersonal abilities and strong stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively across all levels and cultures.
- Strategic and accountable, with a forwardlooking mindset; fluent in Turkish and English, knowledgeable in Türkiye’s labor laws, and able to champion new ideas and execute through change.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to travel between the sites. (Atasehir,Cerkezkoy and Maslak)
