  • Act as key user of ServiceNow and use SuccessFactors recruitment and onboarding modules to collaborate with new joiners and Talent Acquisition partners
  • Improve and simplify HR processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality across the region
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the business to deliver timely and customer-focused HR support
  • Contribute to local and global HR projects depending on business needs to strengthen processes and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including contract management, pre-boarding, and handling HR data across systems
  • Hands-on experience working with case management and HR systems (e.g. ServiceNow, SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Good understanding of data privacy and handling sensitive employee data with care and accuracy
  • Clear communication skills in Danish and English, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to collaborate across teams and locations
  • A detail-oriented team player who brings initiative, enjoys improving ways of working, and thrives in an international, virtual environment

  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
